I didn’t even do the full exercises because I physically couldn’t. 2 days ago I went to my friends house. He’s been going to the gym for quite a while now and he wanted to motivate me to start going too. He did around 10 push-ups and told me “do some push ups”. I did 1 slow push up and I went for a second one. I just really slowly reached the floor and fell and couldn’t push back up again. After doing these not fully as I said I did after 2 full push ups and quite fast especially the first one!😁
