The day is finally here, closing! It's a busy day with your sign-off or final walkthrough, settlement where you'll sign a million papers and FINALLY get the keys to your new home! Here is how the process worked for me, what I would do differently on the move to make things easier, and some other tips I hope will help you with your home!

Every builder is different so be sure to check with them if you have any questions about the process for your specific home.

You signed your contract December, 2020...broke ground September 2021, and completed end of April, 2022. Sounds similar to our experience with Toll Bros . Signed January 2022, broke ground November, 2022. Estimated completion, maybe June, 2023?
