Your channel looks amazing. As a plus size wound ostomy nurse I have used these hacks forever. Every morning like you I use deodorant under my arms and upper inner thighs and groin. I then use Microguard powder with 2% miconozole under my breasts and pannus ( the lower abdomen apron fold thingy-pannus is the nursing term). I DO NOT USE cornstarch. Yeast loves cornstarch. However, I do understand many women have great success with it. Microguard is made by Coloplast and sold on Amazon. They also make a nice cream with miconozole called Baza, also sold on Amazon. If I get a small skin tear ( like a paper cut, those bad boys hurt)along the pannus crease, I use a small smear of Baza over the powder. You do not want to put cream usually in an area that is already moist. Baza is great for baby dipaer rash when the other stuff just isn't working. Last, I ALWAYS USE A BRA LINER. They are sold in packs of three on Amazon for about $12. I buy several packs, machine wash and dry the ones I wear and they last for years. I think the last ones I bought about 5 years ago had bamboo in them? On hot days the bra liner is narrow enough to slip under my pannus, which holds it in place under my panties. Sorry I had to go there. I also use FDS after my deodoerant which seems to last all day. Soap and water is always your friend. For those ladies who have many creases along their thighs or say behind the knee. there is a fabric called Interdry. It contians silver and is thin and pliable and works well in folds. For women who have a larger pannus, an old t-shirt cut into strips, or a soft cloth or pillow case tucked in is awesome. There are long handled sponges for beautiful women who can't quite reach where they need to in the shower. Thanks for taking the time to discuss this on your channel...it is very important. I always blurt it out with patients who need the info, have been know to whip out my bra liner just to show them. People never ask so I talk about it first.

I love the monistat anti chafing gel, and also use it on my feet if the shoes I’m wearing rub at all - particularly sandals.

I wish I saw this channel when I was younger! Maybe then I would not be so self conscious.

Thankful the opportunity for change is here!

I love your body positive attitude and this video. I was constantly body shamed when I was a kid. My mom was always making comments about my weight and once I hit puberty I just kept spiraling downward because I couldn’t talk to anyone about these problems with sweat rashes and chafing. I hope this video helps others so they don’t feel like they need to hide indoors during the summer.

Thank you for tastefully addressing these issues. For the last few years I found myself having to give a little swipe of deodorant under my breast area. I actually thought something was really wrong with me - until another girl mentioned having to do the same. By you bringing this topic to the forefront, you are showing how “human” this is and that it’s okay. Thank you again.

I'm so glad to see this! One of the ladies at my church told me something 15 years ago regarding the deodorant that I never forgot and you emphasized it in this video. She said, *"When you're fat, every fold is like another armpit so you need to deodorize it."* Since then, I've always done it and it helps. 🤗

Thank you for being willing to talk about the things we all experience! You are inspirational.

My underboobage was absolutely raw and deodorant caused stinging and unhappiness 😫. Try using babies nappy rash cream, it is amazing, you will feel the improvement immediately. 😁

If you don’t like biker shorts, take a pair of nylons that you love, put them on and mark where you want to cut them into biker shorts. Add an inch or so for roll up. They are lighter than biker shirts and offer light support. They actually stay in place!!

LOVE the biker shorts, and I actually use them all year. They do an amazing job of keeping my fupa in check, and NO VPL! A couple of brands make them in more than one length, and there are different fabrics for cooling, moisture wicking, and different support levels (but still SO MUCH lighter than regular Spanx). They’re such a game changer. The deodorant hack is one of my favorites too, I live in a warm climate and use that most of the year.

These are great tips for someone like me who is over weight and has a thyroid autoimmune disorder which causes me to overheat and sweat very easily . Thank you!

I have a really little pouch that I put in every bag I have - it has painkillers, plasters, blister plasters, a little pen, tissues, and a mini salt and pepper shaker. Life saver to have! Could fit in a body wipe too, so I’ll give that a go!
I used to have too much stuff in my bag, but keeping a little pouch has really helped me condense what I need into a very small space, and it’s been wonderful to have with me but not be carrying weight

I just want to say thank you so much for this video. I have gained weight since menopause and didn't know how to handle the sweat in areas I don't like being sweaty. Thank you so much! 💓 i❤❤❤

I lived in a *super* hot and humid county for several years and never left home without a pretty fold-out fan (Japanese style), and also a cute little piece of absorbent cloth to blot (or fully soak up 🤣) the buckets of sweat pouring off my face and body. Like, even under my eyes!

I take medication that makes me sweat profusely on a cold day, 🙄 and it’s awful. But you can just discreetly pop out your cloth and dab your face, even if you’re with a group of people. It’s better than looking like a melting candle! 😜

There’s also the option of Botox and/or laser therapy that can really help. Talk to a dermatologist.

Finally, Amazon sells a variety of super tiny, super quiet motorized fans that are really cheap and easily fit in your purse. It feels amazing and so cooling and I’m not afraid to pull it out anywhere, even while having drinks on a sweltering restaurant patio with friends. It really is quite discreet, people barely notice, and will probably want to borrow it!

Hope this helps and thank you SO much for sharing!! 🙏❤️ We deserve to be comfortable, healthy and unashamed. 😌

I love that you make such honest and helpful videos. I wish I had your content when I was in jr high would’ve helped me so much. (But YouTube wasn’t invented)

Cotton or bamboo baby washcloths in 12 pack are thin and lightweight, absorbent and disappear tucked under underwire to absorb every bit of sweat all day (and can easily be replaced later in the day if it’s really hot). Amazon sells under-bra sweat bands too - read ratings.

Reusable menstrual pads made of cloth snap into underwear and can be worn daily to wick away moisture and odor - they are sold in a range of sizes and absorbencies on Amazon.

Also on Amazon are thigh bands that look like slip shorts but with just the thigh area with non-slip bands. Work great for thigh friction if you be sure to get the right size (or they will roll down).

❤️ this video!
