I used the base mobile iPhone 15 today for 24 hours. I am a first time iPhone user, coming from Android. I had 17% battery left at the end of the day. It was 100% at the start of the day. I think mostly people would be better off with the iPhone 15 Plus for the battery life, if battery life is your concern, or simply carry a portable battery.

I think turning off 5g and using 4g would make a huge difference! 4g is more than enough for phone usage and saves a ton of battery for me at least.

Great review focusing on the battery and showcasing the camera. I haven’t seen many reviews where they talk about the Pro’s 3x (they’re mostly about 5x on the Max). Coming from a phone with only 1 lens I was impressed by the shot that went from ultra wide to 3x. Really impressed by this and looking forward to the phone!

Also 22% by the end of the day basically is actually pretty good. On my phone I’ll need to charge it around 4/5pm so it looks like the Pro should go to at least 10pm!

In general, 5 hours of screen, this is a very short operating time... And if we charge only up to 80 percent, then it won’t even last 4 hours... Although I like the size 15 pro, the choice is obvious towards 15 pro max...

I'm getting the same with my 15 Pro compared to my 14 Pro. Roughly 5 hours. I hope one day Apple make a battery equivalent to the Pro Max battery for the regular pro. Good review!

I bought the 15 pro and and changed it for the 15 Pro max size again. I do like the smaller screen but the battery for me was no good as I’m a power user and it’s always on as I do courier work, use it as navigation, job app including signatures, email, text, invoice and music, YouTube for 10-12 hour days then home . I did give it a day to index in the background but still needed to be charged twice. I don’t really use the 5 times zoom so that wasn’t a factor for me. Always on display OFF plus have it on dark mode did help a little .
Hopefully next year Apple will bring the 15 pro up a tiny little bit in size with a bigger battery
