The REAL Difference - iPhone 16 Plus vs iPhone 15 Pro Max

Apple's latest iPhone 16 seems like the biggest upgrade on an iPhone ever. Do you agree? With a pretty major spec bump in its performance with the all new A18 processor, addition of Action Button and Camera Control, the iPhone 16 and iPhone 16 Plus seems like it's pro enough. But the iPhone 15 Pro still has the upper hand in some certain areas. Like a 5x telephoto lens, 120Hz Refresh Rate, and a much faster USB-C port that supports SSD recording for ProRes videos. But let's see what the hype is about and whether or not you should pick the iPhone 16 or get a used iPhone 15 Pro Max.

I upgraded from a 13 to a 15 pro max and I absolutely love it I was thinking about getting the 16 or the 16+ but they didn't have enough of an upgrade for me and the 120hz is soo nice. I didn't think it was gonna matter but once I got it, it's so smooth

As of last week I went back to iPhone 15 Pro Max from iPhone 16 Pro which I liked for form factor but didn't make any change in usability point of view. I didn't like camera control button to be honest, my be AI will make it useful!

iPhone 15 pro max is a big no because of the battery. Most people report that the battery health dropped significantly to about 90%. It’s crazy because it means you will have to replace battery in 1.5 year.

I'm quite undecided.
I have an iPhone 11pm and I plan to upgrade between now and February or March.
I thought about the 16 Plus because of all the updates and improvements in performance that it's bringing, along with a better battery and several other improvements.
But what really makes me think is... if the 15pm wouldn't be worth it.
I'm very curious if the 120 Hz screen wouldn't be something significant to take advantage of, considering that neither model is a cheap purchase.
Another thought would be that I wouldn't use even half of all the features that the Pro Max model offers...
I'm a casual user and would have a greater focus on gaming.
Could you give me your opinion?

Really confused between 15 pro max and 16 plus. Need a better battery life which is more or less offered by both
Also, I intend to keep the device for a longer period of time.
The intended usage is just work related and youtube streaming.

Worst decision making ever can’t decide between 15 pro max and 16 plus because they nearly same in price but I just like that ultra marine color so much and don’t think I’ll get all the profit from pro max features..
Camera is good argument
And the fact pro max is kinda have better cpu being a big issue to my decision
But I really can’t stand with pro max colors they just doesn’t fit 🤪
