People go to high school so that endless YA novels, graphic-novels and TV/streaming series can take place there, that's why. If people didn't go to high school, then of the aforementioned content wouldn't exist.

This makes sense since my favorite subjects in high school were math, history, and art classes, mainly because I thought they would help me at my goal to make games one day. Those and how I can sometimes overthink questions and try to figure them out in the hardest way.
