Homegrown button mushrooms | Mushroom growing | Diary of a Yorkshire Gardener

This is a white button mushroom grow kit that I found in my local garden centre
⠀⠀⠀
🍄 Initially put the set aside with the lid closed for around 5-8 days, at a temperature of 20-25 degrees Celsius. When the mycelium has grown through the cover soil, put in a cooler place at a temperature of 15-18 degrees Celsius.
⠀⠀⠀
🍄 Ensure the cover soil doesn’t dry out by regularly spraying with water. It should be moist, but not wet.
⠀⠀⠀
🍄 Mushrooms first appear at the edges, and later in the center.
⠀⠀⠀
🍄 Once all mushrooms have been harvested, water again. After about a week, new mushrooms will appear! This process should repeat multiple times.
