Exploring Johnny Depp’s Unfinished UK Million Pound Mansion!!

Today were exploring A LUXURIOUS £8 Million Mansion that was rumoured to be linked to a Hollywood megastar Johnny Depp and former England football captain John Terry!! The 22,000 sq mansion, which is set in 11 acres of beautiful english countryside began construction in 2004 but was never fully completed or occupied. It was only ever lived in when squatters took over temporarily in 2012. It was built as a substantial, exclusive residence complete with a host of features including a 34-seat cinema, 15-berth nuclear shelter, secret underground escape tunnel, underground aquarium, man-made lake, 50ft master bedroom and underground garage big enough for 10 cars!! It also had 12 bedrooms, 17 bathrooms, seven kitchens and two-bedroom staff apartment. Unfortunately as we were leaving the boys In blue turned up as the alarm we set off was linked directly to the local police station! 😅 luckily we always stay legal so we were let go. But a word If warning guys please don’t visit this place now! It’s been completely sealed up by the owner! Hope you enjoy this weeks video guys 🙂

I live just a stones throw from this, I pass it every day and always admire the big eagles on the entrance gates! Rumours are correct, Johnny Depp supposedly owned it and talk of our small town was the underground garage! It’s a shame to see it just left to decay!

It's owned by A&B Homes Ltd and is in Hampshire. There is a current planning application by the company directors (who are Spanish) to convert it into eleven flats.

This place never belonged to Johnny Depp, it was mearly linked to him as he had a passing interest in it, as did England football captain John Terry. It went on market for £7.5m in 2009. It failed to find a forever owner so the developers of the property A and B Homes submitted plans to turn it into 13 flats 2018. Due to Covid, after the plans were granted time has lapsed so had to be resubmitted.

Those holes are for lighting one light in each hole lights both levels. I believe at least some of the basement area is built as a bunker with a priest hole emerg exit. As for the shoddy concrete work it's not bad everything except the exposed concrete is good. The exposed concrete has weathered so bad just like the deck because none of it was finished and sealed. Then left exposed to the elements for almost 20 years. P.S. the roof is off of a Mercedes Benz.
