(BEDROCK) Pro tip: For the wither fight under the end portal, if you dont have a sunflower and cant figure out which way is east then bring a flower pot and a piece of bambo.
The bambo once placed in the flower pot will have a little leaf on the side of its stem that always faces east.
Worked for me :)

6:40 *Do not summon the wither there! Especially if you built something on the world spawn!* He has to be lower down (lower the obsidian T-shape into the ground) otherwise he will shoot the wither skulls through the end portal and can wreck your world spawn!
I've already done that mistake but thankfully there was nothing built there, but he could destroy your house and kill your pets!

One FYI for those on Bedrock, the beacon beam will only render 64 blocks away; this is visual only the effects are not limited in the same way.

Thx man, just defeated a bedrock wither out in the open, nearly died due to lack of frame rate from all the destroyed blocks, and wanted to make sure I wasn't missing anything. Your videos are always entertaining and informative, keep it up!

My first time defeating this monster as a veteran player (crazy I know). I was a simple player who just played the game for relaxation. But anyway here's my experience

I'd set the layout, though the wither managed to teleport next to an already made hole to where I'd mined. I still succeeded, thankfully to the weapons I had. these are

•netherite axe (IV works, doesn't have to be V).
•Enchanted bow of unbreaking iii, flame I, power iv, punch I, mending I, with too many arrows.
•Regeneration potion splash with Redstone to it
•Netherite helmet blast protection iv
•Netherite chest plate protection iv
•Netherite leggings blast protection iv
•Netherite boots protection iii, feather falling iv, thorns I

my armour took little damage and the feather falling I didn't mean to attach, but thought it'd be helpful in case I get chucked into air.

the potion is all I needed, no food!

go far away from your base (at least 1500 blocks).

bring a diamond pickaxe at least just to take precaution, and any other items you think

also bring a bed with you to reset your spawn point just in case.

Wow, this is explain A LOT! First trip to the fortress the other day…usually play on normal (make fun of me all you want) and I was wondering what the heck was going on. There were dozens of enemies in each direction. I wanted to load up on soul sand for Netherwart farming and went inside this fortress to stock up on blaze rods or whatever they are called…and was inundated with mob after mob. Sometimes there were like a dozen wither skeletons and 5 blaze monster things…I had to turn it down to easy and was still getting destroyed. It was annoying! Then I checked my inventory after I fled…found two black skeleton heads…almost dumped them to save space for soul sand….😂glad I didn’t. But I’m dreading going back for the third. That’s why I am making a major brewing operation for fire resistance, speed, jump, whatever I need.

This is such a fun long term game. I never thought I would like Minecraft and ignored it for almost the first 12 years. Only been playing a few months really. Never thought this could be so addicting. Growing fake crops…I’m thinking up ways to do things laying in bed. It’s crazy. I grew up on Atari 2600…the graphics are about the same. 😂

I think fully powered beacons should have the same range as a fully powered conduit, given how much you have to do to get beacons in the first place.
