Dandruff mainly occurs due to insufficient nourishment in the scalp that leads to flakiness. Not maintaining proper cleanliness also results in dandruff.
Try this Natural Hair Pack for controlling intense dandruff.
Ingredients: Methi or Fenugreek Seeds- 2 tbsp
Thick full-fat Yogurt -3 tbsp
Extra Virgin Olive Oil - 2 tbsp.
Method: Soak the fenugreek in enough water at least for 10 hours. It must swell thrice in size. Grind as fine as you can. Add thick yogurt. Runny loose yogurt will not work in deep conditioning the scalp. Add Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Mix very well.
How to apply:
Apply primarily on the scalp. Covering thoroughly. Whatever is left could be applied to the hair. Leave for 1 hour at least. Shampoo as usual. If the methi remains stick to the hair, do not worry. Let the hair dry, and comb thoroughly. The flakes would fall off 👍
Repeat every week for the best results.
