I'm at 165, 000 on my 2018 Rebel and your videos help me keep me grounded when ever I start thinking I need a newer nicer truck.

Awesome video and thank you for all your information updates. I bought a 2022 RAM Longhorn Limited with the V-8 Etorque engine in 4x4. Love it! One of the main reasons why I bought the RAM is because of your channel. KEEP ON ROCKING!

Can’t wait for the transmission service and oil analysis. Still on the fence with servicing the 8 speed in my Ram when I get up to 60-80k miles. 👍

2020 Ram 1500 4x4 Laramie w/ Offroad and Sport package here. 87k miles, 2199 idle hours, and 2757 drive hours. 4956 total. Lots of sitting and bouncing on construction sites. The only issue I have so far is the rear of the cab starting to leak over the past 2 weeks and the cracked plastic at the top of the rear windows. The water appears to be from the shark fin, not break-light.

Appreciate the great content!

Good to see you again Justin. Nice video. Hard to fathom all the miles in such a short amount of time. I haven’t even hit 23, 000 yet. Sorry to hear the air suspension bug hasn’t been figured out yet, at a loss on that one but still think it to be an electrical issue somewhere. I’m sure when the truck is passed down to the kids though, they’ll enjoy it as much as you have. My oldest son just turned sixteen and even though he’s not real keen on driving yet, he still wants to get behind the wheel of the Longhorn. Have a great weekend my friend and be safe out on those roads.

Something you mentioned but never really covered in depth… unless I missed it. It’s on the exhaust manifold cracks…3 different heat ranges for 3 different metals… heads, bolts and cast iron manifolds. All forums say it’s going to happen and repeatedly. The working solution is steel shorty headers. Now you have exhaust and bolts of same metal so expansion and contraction issues are reduced. BBK makes a great set, easy install. Mopar isn’t ever going to do a recall and replacement cast manifolds are getting scarce and hard to find, some people even weld cracks, but that never last.
Just a little FYI

try changing out you air ride height sensor i just had to replace mine today drove from Williams AZ which is near the Grand Canyon all the way back to phoenix AZ last Thursday and my Air ride suspension wasn't working at all the whole trip, so it was 3 hours of back breaking bumpy ride the whole time it hadn't aired up at all until this morning which is Monday. I went out to check one fuses this morning all my fuses were good as im checking the fuses the truck starts to air up like normal so i rushed down to by the new ride height sensor put it on and all my settings work again exit mode normal off road 1 and 2 when before none worked at all just blinked but the compressor didn't kick on the sensor is 66 bucks its worth a try if your still having the issue mine was the driver side rear sensor. hope this helps

great Q & A Justin, that Pennzoil is a fantastic oil i believe that is why you have had such a great run with the engine, it's hard to find in Australia but i find that Castrol edge is very close to as good. sorry that you still have some gremlins with the suspension, something will break and then you will finally find out what it was. looking forward to hearing about your thoughts on and what type of replacement truck or vehicle that you discide on for you next daly drive

For folks asking about disabling MDS, you dont need to put it in tow mode and you dont need a tune - just use the gear limit and set it to Gear "-8". This will disable MDS until you take it out of drive.

Just for the record, I was told by a ram mechanic that the tow haul feature does not disable the MDS. You have to manually select the gear to its highest gear, that turns off the MDS on all Rams.

Just got a 2020 limited with 44k very happy with it. Hopefully New England doesn't kill it. Switched from a higher mileage Tacoma.
