Hello, thank you for this useful video. I have taken Agnus Castus drops 8 years a go for 3 month and all my PMS symptoms and delayed periods were gone.
I took 40 drops every morning on an empty stomach 1 hour before breakfast. To see the good results it is very important to have it with empty stomach in the morning. Also tablet form is less effective. I have never took it again but my cycles are still very on time. No side effect .This is a very effective harmless herb. It force your pituitary gland to reset your hormones.

Hi! My hormonal acne is awful… I was on the sprintec estrogen birth control pill and it COMPLETELY got rid of my acne however I have sever migraines which caused me to stop taking it in which it all came back. Is vitex a good option for me?

I was on Vitex for almost 5 months. I chose to take it for a short luteal phase and acne. It definitely fixed my short luteal phase and gave me a 28 day cycle, but it raised my progesterone too high and made my acne way worse:( I’ve since stopped it. Really wanted it to work for me, but I know everyone is different. Love your channel by the way!
