I'm taking it to help me with my hormones because when I ovulate I get a high fluctuation of hormones and when my period starts my hormones regulate back to normal thankfully. I also have an extremely heavy menstrual cycle that makes me iron deficient. I took vitex going on 8 years ago as well thays how I wound up pregnant with my second daughter after 6 years of trying vitex did the job . Anyway fasforward to now that I'm currently taking vitex it's helping me and another thing it seems to be making my breasts larger . At first I didn't think much of it but I'm pretty certain they are getting bigger their heavier and my braw is fitting a bit tighter. So I dunno but it certainly is helping my hormones I take one in the morning and one before bed.
