Hey man I love these videos! There are a lot of mycology videos, but one thing that's hard to find is a consistent grow series.

I appreciate you showing us all your failures too. I know when I started growing cannabis there was a learning curve and mistakes I told myself I wouldn't make... Guess what, I made em. No amount of research truly prepares you for the actual experience of growing. There's so many different variables that can effect the project, especially things outside of that specific project.

Great vid, patrolling youtube and ended up here. Advice for you and listeners, let your sub get to near 100% colonization before fruiting. Or even better, make a proper monotub and remove the lid after the first flush for the first time. Monos are designed to automatically move to fruiting after full colonization. Contam cannot happen under full colonization as all the sub is occupied, you'll always get better flushes with full colonization too!

U should try spraying the contamination with hydrogen peroxide 3%.
I always use it for the first misting as it kills contamination but doesn't damage the mycelium
