Purchased it over a month ago, it finally arrived. After carefully reading the user manual, it explicitly states “Do Not Use” if your skin complexion is brown or darker. This company is unethical and just plain greedy to make money from charging over $300 for this mask. Why not notify the consumer of your extreme warning before they make the final purchase. Here’s some more BS, they put the user manual inside of a sealed box, so when I complained that because of their strict policy, I’m unable to use the product, they explained that due to their strict sanitation policy, once the seal is broken you can’t return the mask! I then asked, then why put the user manual inside of the sealed box? How am I supposed to read it if I don’t break the seal? I am filing a complaint/dispute with my credit card company and the BBB. And I’m posting everywhere I can to warn people of color about the crooks that run this shady as *uck company.

Just a heads up, I've been using the Omnilux face, neck, and hand masks for 2 years now, and suddenly, yesterday the face mask just stopped charging. I contacted the company and they refused to assist because my warranty was over almost a month ago. Warning to all when used consistently it's a great device but you only have 2 years then you're on your own. I was extremely gentle with my mask, in fact, I babied it and kept it in its box when not in use, but it just died 25 months later. This company does not stand behind its products' past warranty and these are expensive devices for most people.

I wish comparing masks was not about how pretty. They are. I wish you could please compare amount of lights in each mask or strength / wave on the lights, the time to see results etc… that is what makes it a real interesting comparison

Two of the estheticians I go to use the Dr. Dennis Gross ones as a as on for a facial. I tried it over 4 months every 4 weeks and then I now I need one at home. It’s pricy but it’s worth it. I got the white / rosegold one. Since I bought it I use it everyday, sometimes two times a day. I love that you can use both setting at once. I’m happy with it and the results.

I bought a mask and was disappointed to find out that the three other settings MUST be set through Qure's app. Since I was not happy with this feature I wanted to return the mask. The return policy does NOT allow one to return the mask if the cellophane wrapper around the box has been taken off of the box to see the product. If you have not taken off the cellophane wrapper, from the box, and you want to return it there is a $48 re-stocking fee. This information is not a poor reflection on Dr. Shah and Dr. Maxfield's podcast (I think they have great and reliable content), I just want people to know what to expect when you receive your mask. And by the way, how is one to know how the Qure mask really works without opening the box and reading the instructions?

I was keen after watching this video, and then I went online to read the Qure reviews from independent people. The device stops charging after 2 months, is the continuous complaint and the company refuses to take returns if the packaging has been opened...how else would you get the product out?🤨🤦

I don’t want a mask that is hard and molded to fit my face. My red light only Omnilux is flexible so I can use it on the backs of my hands and my upper chest.

In your previous video you mention that blue light may also cause more hyperpigmentation if you're prone to it. Have there been any new studies in the past years that have done more research to this claim and (hopefully) contradict it?

The Qure is the first LED mask I purchased. It is great and easy to use. It's only 3min
My reservations are that it isn't large enough to cover my whole face, specifically the bottom.
The mask gets very dirty on the outside with people finger stains easily.
Using it with my eyes closed out of fear of not knowing what will happen if I open my eyes besides "harm."
It has a small strap.
I am a black woman with braided extensions, so after I put it on it is smashed to my face and around my afrocentric nose.
My next purchase will be the omnilux because it looks more comfortable and the coverage area is larger.
The extra option of the blue light on the Qure doesn't cancel out my smashed nose feeling when wearing the mask.

Omnilux masks break fairly easily, and are only covered for 2 years. I spent $450 on my contour mask, and the wires became disconnected inside so the mask won’t go on anymore. Because it happened 4 months outside of the two year warranty, now I’m completely out of a mask.

I bought the current body a few years ago and it died just under 1 year. I get it exchanged and the mask they sent must be version 2. It's a great mask that I use all over my body. I use it on my hair, my face, neck and my bad shoulder. I have out it on bruises and it's healed then very quickly. Great investment. I feel like it keeps my skin tone even and a glow. I do take a break from it for a week or so, but then i go back to using it again and my skin really likes that.

Buyer beware !!!!Currentbody, I believe has a good product. But they only gave me my money back for one mask instead of the two I sent back. The post office told me to put both masks in the box they sent them in and I put the return in the box with the second mask. I also ordered an Eye Perfectir mask bundle with a sleep mask. They sent me the sleep mask without the LED eye perfecting mask. They won’t answer my emails after they said they’d “look into it”. Now I’m out on ver 500.00 dollars. This has been over 2 months ago

I have been using my qure mask for over a year now and it's very effective. I tried omnilux as well but not the same effectiveness as the qure mask. Also the quality is the same compared to those masks that are too expensive. I am just happy I have this mask that keeps me beautiful and young! 😊

I wish I had access to this a few years earlier
I now use Qure everyday and definitely improving facial skin texture and fine lines. I did research and was tossing up with omnilux and I’m really happy I went with Qure, wireless and only a quick 3 minute treatment is great.

I have this device and can attest that it’s comfortable, quick and easy to use. It’s good to know it has the doctors’ approval and that I’m not wasting my time.
