Cooked rice-300 gm
Peanuts-50 gm
Lemon juice-4-5 tbsp
Dry red chilli-2
chopped green chilli-2
Fresh curry leaves-12 to 15
Finely chopped onion-3 (medium)
Mustard seeds- 1tsp
Turmeric powder-1/3 tsp
Salt to taste
Cooking oil-3 tbsp

Nice n different.... But actually we south Indians add jeera, mustard, chana dal, groundnut, urad dal, heeng, curry leaves, salt n turmeric etc.... First we fry all these ingredients and we add it in rice n mix well... Later we add lemon juice... This is one also nice.. adding onions increase the taste a lot... You are really very inovative mam... Thank you for your nice recipes.
