God doesn’t want you to “disappear for 1 year”

God doesn’t want you to disappear from everyone for 1 year so that you can grind… That's a common self-improvement trend. To isolate yourself from everyone so you can work on yourself and then come back to “shock the world.

But in Proverbs 18:1 it says A man who isolates himself seeks his own desire; He rages against all wise judgment.

Us isolating ourselves.. is selfish.

I used to follow that trend heavily. Every time I would fall off course, every time I would sin, I would isolate myself from everyone so that I could work on myself. I would even isolate myself from GOD so that when I come back to everyone when I come back to God I’m a whole new person. That I’ve changed for the better.

I ended up realizing that all of that… was selfish. And not only selfish but it was ineffective. Because that’s when it felt like the whole world was on my shoulders when that weight could’ve been in God’s hands.

It’s that point on which I disagree with Paul when he wrote that God would never give us more than we can handle. I don’t agree. God wants us to come to Him. Oh my josh. I literally in isolation with father God not by choice plus i thhink it might not end till October 1 year exactly so please pray for me cuz im not an introvert or good at this plus im jobless but have a church home and working on my relationship with father God. God bless u brother.
