I feel like Aether is probably the kinder of the two twins, he seems more boy-ish and a lot friendlier, with better manners and such, he seems polite, making occasional jokes, a good lad unless he's bothered by something. Lumine feels more like the opposite, less friendly, the more mature one who doesn't really joke around, and may be a bit cold. This is just observation from how they look and move.
