How to Wire a Dual LED Rocker Switch (5 Pin)

I had nothing to do so I made this quick how to video. In this video I show you how to wire a dual LED rocker switch. The dual LED allows you to illuminate part of the switch with your dash lights. This makes it very easy to see your switches at night.

Finally, a decent video for wiring my new LED light bar up with a nice looking Dual LED switch!
The diagram that comes with the switch is ridiculous.

Dude thanks!! When I got everything in the supplied kit its set up with jumper wires wiring both the BATT in and LED toggle wired together. I didn't want that LED to drain the battery, so for the time being until I could figure something out I just ran that BATT and LED combo off my ACC on my RZR, which sucked because I have to leave my key in the on position in order to listen to the radio or turn the light bar on. Now I know how to make the LED work separate from the BATT input. A link to this video should be supplied in every switch


Thanks again. I ordered new whips last week and should show up anytime now. Ill be redoing all my wiring to make the BATT input always hot so I can run anything with the key off whenever I want and the LED inside the toggle off the ACC.

Nice video. We are switching out as well as adding new rocker switches to a SXS and kept popping fuses. Now we know to jump the Negative as well as the Accessory to each other.

I am trying to wire in 2 sets of led lights on my 06’ Ram diesel and I’m wanting to control them with a 3 switch Coker switch-board with charging ports. The switch board is already wired together out of the box but the McTunning 5pin relay harness kits end with a toggle switch with 3 wires white blue and black. Hate bothering you about it but can’t find a good video on it and I’m kind of only wanting to do it once unlike my stereo install ( at least 10 tries). Thanks
