This is absolutely genius!!!, flight office of the pit maneuver will send a vehicle out of control hopefully won’t kill anyone including the occupant, But this Grappler stops a vehicle dead in its tracks without any drama! Saving the driver and innocent people who happen to be around, including the police!, This should be standard on all police forces across North America,

this is an modern version of the lasso, an old western concept adapted back in the 1800's. Nice to see that modern people are reviving this concept in a more adaptive way in the modern world

I hope every Police Department across the USA has The Grappler. Every city should put aside city budget to buy them. If they can't afford it, I believe citizens will be glad to pay for them.
