I followed this instruction and got to 5:30 and then got stuck I cannot see the Jira Serice desk management request fulfilment view edit screen option or issue screen option how do I create these so I can finish of this process

All good but now I would like to use this "Asset Management" in Confluence to create and maintain knowledge over the assets. How would that be possible without clunky addons and stuff. Not possible as of what I know. How can you call this a collaboration software? Switching back to iTop.
