Having toxic parent was a disaster for me. Lost self-confidence, Focusing ability, became emotionally weak and lot but i am dealing with it everyday and one day i Will make my life better and best...🙏

All mental suffering is somehow connected to our childhood. You may call childhood trauma as the original wound or cause of other forthcoming traumas later on.
Learning about the basics of trauma was informative. It would make the video thousand times more beneficial & if childhood trauma was covered here.

Biggest Take way from session, let Sandeep sir to plant a seed in your mind deeply that “Every kind of problem has MULTIPLE SOLUTIONS” when this thought will grow, you will rise up again and again, whenever life falls you you fight back every single time. cheers🙏
