Thanks Greg for your reply re Dom Bower. I think all that is needed are longer camera straps with a more padding such as the Kata Relex e ergo tech camera strap.

I do love this strap, use it all the time! I shoot lot of car shows and I'm there almost all day and I can carry my camera all day with out an issue and I feel comfortable.

Just got one for my 5D mk 3. After my last gig my camera strap just killed me. I couldn't handle it anymore. I resisted buying this for a while. I'm glad I have it now. I couldn't go back to a regular camera strap.

Yeah, I noticed the RS-7 in the title right after I posted the comment. Your video was a big help. I'm loving my RS-7. However, I ordered the extension but didn't end up needing it after all, since my camera sits just below my waist line without it. Of course, the RS-7 is adjusted to its maximum length. I'll keep the extension just in case I need it someday.

Made my own out of old back pack straps works great cost me $5 for hardware.

@Venumelion Its no more difficult than putting on a tripod adapter.

Carrying a Canon 60D with grip, and a 70-200 2.8 attached to it for HOURS at a time is nothing with this strap. Best strap on the market, in my opinion.

@trukkastanleyJ Its actually too long, I had to fold it up to shorten it. While you are at it buy a couple of the Buck mods so you can secure the buckles from being unclipped.

Have you seen the Dom Bower videos reviewing the double Black rapid? He makes a lot of negative remarks about the Black Rapid straps. I agree ordinary straps could be longer. Surely someone must make strap extenders?

Just to clear up some confusion about the extension, you have the extension on the RS-7 or on the RS-Sport? I'm also a big guy and I was just about to order the Sport. I'm glad I ran into this video.

Man I hate the default strap so much I took it off completely. So as of now I have no strap at all, lol.
