LTI B to C: Part 1 - What is LTI, Basic LTI Launch

This is a sliced version of the LTI B to C video. This series starts by explaining what problems LTI intends to solve, and go over LTI 1.0 Basic Launch Request.

The later videos extends to the latest official specification, LTI 2.0, with the automatic registration and then moves onto the work on progress covering emerging extensions such Content Item Selection Request, Outcomes Management and Membership Service.

It ends with Caliper, an effort that, although it goes above LTI, would allow Tool Providers to share atomic Learning Events with the Tool Consumer.

For the curious, the 3d was done with Luxology Modo, Creative Cloud for the edit and OBS for the recording.

I'm working on implementing LTI provider on a web app as a grad student. I am understanding most of this. Are the key and secret going to be created by the consumer and then given to the provider?

Dear Claude, actually i have built one standalone application by myself and i need to integrate this with one of the e learning tool using LTI Standard, would you mind helping me in giving the abstract overview, i watched all your videos but still not able to understand how i can do this ?
