Sleep is one of the most fundamental biological needs, and without enough we simply can not be our best selves. Most people need 7-9 hours of sleep. Some lucky people are short sleepers, however if you don't genetically belong to this group then you can't learn to sleep less. Also talking about whether day naps is better than full night sleep.

Thanks bhaiya but I get fulfilled in 4-6 hours of sleep usually I take 15 min nap in the noon only when I feel sleepy

Its the most sensible video on sleep I found on YouTube. Instead of reducing sleep we should focus on being more productive and efficient in our wake hours. My personal experience is daily meditation affects our sleep both quality and quantity wise. I don't believe that meditation can replace sleep but it can reduce sleep time slightly.

As a software develope often times I used work for 15 hours. Now what I observed is that after 10 hours brain does not function properly and after 12 hours productivity reduces a lot. Activeness is boosted by tea, coffee, ciggarette etc

I sleep by 10 pm and wake up by 6 am on my own. Well I got into this habit unknowingly when I started working out. Weight training indeed improves quality of life. This minute improvements are big achievements in the long run🔥. Keep working out guys💯.
