I have the exact same machine. Tracks fell off every 10 minutes, but you need to pump grease in the grease nipple which is on the center of the tracks. It will tighter the tracks, and haven't got that issue anymore. I also had a leaky hydraulic pump gasket, but that was solved with a new gasket. Now i have problems with the fuel filter cloggin up, but thats because there is rust in the gastank. Other then that no big issues.

I bought the wheel version and have had 0 issues. I love my mini skid.

To help with the track falling off, I personally if this was my machine would remove the lower track rollers and redrill the track frame to accept three rollers. If you can not buy 2 more OEM rollers, be a bit inventive and see what others will go close to fit. Manufacturers are always lousy on putting enough Truck rollers (that the term we used to use when I was an earthmoving apprentice 60+ years ago) on the lower frame. Some now are only using skid pads on the top of the track frame, deleting the top roller/s altogether. When I started work, even excavators were a rarity. My firm Tutt Bryant of Queensland Australia never had one foresale until I was in my third year. Getting back to your problem, if you check the distance from the front idler to the first roller of the two, I feel the distance is too great in helping the idler to keep the track on. If you follow my suggestion and it doesn't work, you have lost very little in the cost of parts, and the bonus is you will get better track and roller life. I'm 77 and still operate my Case50B, which is really a Kobelco on my small property. All the best, and your video was great,

I’ll say, when a boulder was too heavy for my asv to lift, even with multiple people on back, I made a run at it full speed with the bucket flat on the tar. I hit the boulder and lifted up the rock while going about 7 mph. I stopped right before hitting my dump truck, the border flew in, nested into the other boulders, and we both stopped rocking and I was victorious.

It doesn’t let me post a photo but I have the same problem at the bucket. You need to use 1/4” x 3” diameter pipe. Run it across the floor two or 3 feet inside of the bucket. At the top. It actually firms it up and becomes a very good bucket.

Hear that pump whine! The jq 400 are notorious for grenading the main pump sending metal into the drives and ram.

Iam new to this channel. What is hour meter for? If the meter reached 1, 000 hours, the machiwill stop working?

Instead of tracks consider a wheeled version with fat knobby tires. Maybe also have a set of over-the-tire log chain tracks.

Is the grease tensioner on the tracks holding pressure? I've heard that the fitting the zerk goes in is supposed to hold the pressure but sometimes fail. I have a similar model, but only have about 8 hours on it. I haven't had track issues. I did have fueling issues. There was debris in the stock fuel filter. I am now running 2 filters and an electric fuel pump. Runs great.

Tracks fall off from over-tension. I would check the tension and adjust it.
