Warrants of Arrest - When and How issued

after registration of FIR, if any criminal case against any accused is pending in any court, and the accused does not appear before the court, the court may issue Warrants of arrest against the accused not appearing before the Court. Even in Civil cases, when contempt petition is filed after the stay order is violated, in such case too, the court may issue warrants of arrest against condemners if they do not appear.
