🏯1. Stay at the Maxwell Mansion
The Maxwell Mansion is an 1856 mansion that was recently converted into a boutique hotel. There's even a super fun apothecary bar and a speakeasy in the basement!
🍔2. Lunch at Flat Iron Tap
This is a great place for a fun casual lunch! Mike got the Van Helsing Burger which has Garlic Herb Cheese, Garlic Aioli, Caramelized Onions and Arugula. I got the Mockingbird Fried Chicken Sandwich.

🍝4. Dinner at Sopra Bistro
Sopra Bistro is perfect if you're looking for a nicer dinner or date night!
We got Mussels & Frites and Octopus for appetizers. For dinner Mike got the Soy Ginger Mahi Mahi and I got Pasta with Shrimp, Pancetta, Caramelized Onions & Fontina Cream Sauce.
🍽5. Cooking Class at the Lake Geneva School of Cooking
When we first got to town it was raining so cozying up for a private cooking class was a great way to spend the afternoon. (Plus drinking some wine didn't hurt either...cough....cough...)
During the cooking class we made Grilled Asparagus wrapped in Prosciutto with Black Garlic Croutons and Blue Cheese & Spring Risotto Cakes.
