In this video I am taking a look the Amazon tablet family.
I will be comparing the Amazon Fire HD10, to the Amazon Fire HD8, and to the Amazon Fire HD8 PLUS.
These are budget tablets, and they actually do offer great value, if you dont mind the Amazon OS

I'm going to get the HD 8, I'm not too interested in wireless charging and I'm using it for books so the 1TB storage is definitely needed for me, thank you so much for the video it was super helpful! 😊

Great comparisson man, I would get the 8+ only to consume media content in my daily commutes, so if its get stolen or I forget it there is no problem because of the price. Awesome as always man.

I like my HD8! I got Google Services installed as well, but I ran into 2 App conflicts - if the Apps is on Amazon/Google's Apps Stores and if you update them using Google's Apps Store (or Amazon's) they will act wonky or crash.... so you have to update them from each App Store.
I run my purchased Google Apps on my HD8 without a hitch.

I got mine this passed Sunday night.

Is the refurbished ones as good as buying new? Both appear to be the 9th gen... you save $30 bucks on the refurbished at $120 vs $150.... and I bet they might even be new half the time as amazon chu8cks most returns. I plan on using the fire toolkit and completely removing the amazon os and making it as standard android as I can for use for my mom who just doesn't get computers but loves her phone and basically a tablets a big phone... and I also want to use it to stream xbox game pass ultimate cloud. The thing I dislike about the lowers models is they don't do 60p.

I sold my iPad 7th gen and got a switch lite I'm now getting an amazon fire hd 10 for Christmas because I missed being able to play games with mods and also older game's like angry birds original or emulation. How does the screen look compared to the fire 7?

Thanks for doing this. I honestly wish Amazon put the HD8's specs in the 7 and have the HD 8 + just serve as their only 8 inch tablet. I sent my Fire 7 back because the battery life and crashing. I like Amazon tablets they just don't give you exactly what you want.

Thanks for the video, look at the plus or the 10 for my car... You sealed the deal on the 10. Going to use it for Torque app and YouTube. (I would never watch videos while driving. ;) )

Great video! Seems like in 2020 those bezels could be a lot smaller, but they are budget tablets so I guess.
