telekinesis practice

So some of my close friends know that not only do I practice mediumship, tarot and other forms or divination, but I also practice telekinesis (moving things without touching them) here's a quick video I took earlier today capturing me pulling a chunk of indigo gabbro towards me. My fingers are not moving the stone, just energy. It takes a great amount of focus to connect with a stone this large and I'm excited to share part of my spiritual practice and progress with you.

never stop doing this, keep going at it cause its a really special talent. im trying to move a pen, and i havent gotten to move it that much, only shake a bit but we have to belive to actually manipulate energy.

Oh my god! I tried this technique with a soda can in my hand and it really did work!!! No wind whatsoever!

When I try build energy I feel the cold wind around my hands

Try doing it from the distance. Holding the object is easy to move or to rotate. You can learn that after a week if you do it every day for an hour. But doing it from the distance is quite hardcore.
