In boxing if you've got a loss at any point it's incredibly hard to come back from that.

Boxing is relentless in the sense that one loss takes everything away.

The thing with the ufc is that you need to compete in other things first to become a complete fighter

with Boxing system, one can identify a fighter's peak and they get to enjoy it. UFC, there are no peak era, you only enjoy a good run of results.

It’s not even close. I wish everyone fought everyone in boxing.

You only get the boxing type of push in the UFC if the company believes you're a hot commodity to invest in for the future, whether you're undefeated, have a look to you, could expand their market internationally, etc. So, while yes, you will be more likely to be prone to more favorable match ups, there isn't exactly a plethora of journeymen the ufc can recycle among a small population of fighters the UFC believes in either. It's not a 1:1 to comparison even by competitive standards

I would prefer the boxing method, but I have been put into the ufc situation. The ufc situation is more brutal but you’re only learning from better people.

Every single fight is a huge lesson, above any training you have ever done. That's why they say boxing has levels. Guys at the top are taught by many good boxers.

That's also why you end up with Jake Paul fights. Cause the business model is based on entertainment and fame instead of performance.

UFC for sure but don’t get me wrong both r hard competition and combat sports and take a lot but I think the ufc of throwing u into just the mix of fighters who can be so many different styles and ages and backgrounds builds a lot more then boxing

to me, ufc is like the old saying, "Jack of all trades, master of none, "but boxing is master of one.

Losses in boxing have only become a major issues to fighters in the last 20 years, before that losses were common because the monsters/legends were willing to fight eachother

The thing about UFC is you have to go through an actual fight to score a win.

The problem nowadays is, when you catch mainstream attention, the public wanta you to be fed for super fights immediately and trash talk any fighter who 'ducks' to develop themselves
