Going to order this for sure...I was thinking of going Native Instruments hardware/machine, but this offers a nice alternative to that

That seems like a nice bundle! I can't afford something like that, but it's always cool to see things like that in use. I'll be curious to see what you think about it several months from now after you've had time to get used to it.

I tried the Roli Seaboard a few years ago in GuitarGuitar in Glasgow. I had never heard of Roli before and thought that it was pretty special. The only thing that stopped my considerations was the extremely high price tag.

I was interested in seeing how to use the special "5D key touch technology" I've heard about with ROLI to bend notes etc. and you were just using it as a regular MIDI keyboard controller, just putting notes in. I get that you get some more sounds, and you probably gain some productivity by using the other two gizmos to control garage band. But what I really need is a controller that can help me (a keyboard player) do better guitar simulations in MIDI. I hope you make a video about this or if you have one I'd totally watch it thanks. Love your videos! Guess I'll have to revisit that original ROLI propaganda.

No MPE demo?! I know you're getting your feet wet, but that absolutely is the killer feature of the Seaboard Block. Takes some getting used to, but very cool once you explore that. Also, GarageBand for iOS has MPE support. Hope you do another video demonstrating the use of MPE and giving your impressions on it. I bought the Songwriter Kit before it got repackaged for GB and Logic, and kinda a nice mobile package. But...good video and thanks!

I think we may see a notable decrease in pricing of these products as iPad music creation evolves / far greater numbers start using it (this is just the beginning)
