my Problem about dota is that
I click Play Game. ... it starts like all normal....i get black screen and 1 second  before it loads...Game quits.... what should i do?

my problem is i delete my previous dota 2 file but when i download the steam and run the steam its says FATAL ERROR STEAM NEED TO BE ONLINE TO UPDATE now i cant play at home because when i download it it always says error! SAD LIFE INDEED!
