I have macbook pro and having similar issue whenever game is found it cancels automatically

Some people from the steam forum suggested going into the game files via properties, local files, browse & looking for any vulkan related files as well as shader files & deleting them. Then afterwards verifying the integrity of the game files & that should work. Trying right now. I’m on Ubuntu jammy & not using vulkan & have an nvidia card.

It didn’t work on my Mac bro. Update me if there’s another way to play dota . We have the same problem, but it didn’t work out on me 😢

Dota is not playable in Mac now, same issues doesn’t matter what you do

Hi All, When I activate Vulcan having 200-220 FPS which is good but game keep crashing, otherwise If I turned off Vulcan, I got 100 fps and dropping 50 fps in high combat. (Got 4k mhz 48 gb ram, i5 13th gen 13600kf, 3070 rtx m2 ssd) any suggestions ?

What to do? Before update my launch properties was -gl, but after update game is not launching. Im on Mac OS

Failed to initialize Vulkan.
Please make sure your driver and GPU support Vulkan.

To disable Vulkan, remove -vulkan from your launch options.
If you chose Vulkan in the video settings, please add -safe_mode to your launch options to allow the game to start with the default rendersystem.

Hi. i have imac - now i have this problem to. i don't use vulkan and never use it in my life ))) i do what you do in this video but its not helped.. do you now what can i do some new ways ?
