I have a question: Why are animal cell lines or fetal cell lines used for the production of vaccines? Why can't cell lines from adult humans be used?

Q: If an infected cell undergoes mitosis, will the previously inserted DNA (coming from reverse transcription of the viral RNA) also be replicated so that the daughter cells inherit it?
