The so-called “Living Building” is a prefabricated structure where modular units built offsite were stacked together onsite like Lego blocks. The ultrafast construction, described as earthquake-proof, is a nod at the 1960s global shift towards prefabricated mass housing.

Pretty nice to see that they can build it that fast... but 10 floor build that doesn't seem to have an elevator? That's meh

They dont talk about the time it takes to build those cubicles off site though

They built a building like this in San Antonio on the Riverwalk, many years ago. Probably not quite as fast, but same process.

You know, I'm going to have the Amish build a barn for me instead. It'll last longer.

Would take us over a year to build something like that in the UK. Because tea breaks.

LMAO, no way that thing is to any code, let alone building code.

This is just to show us that they can do it, no one will live in it. They’ve built so many ghost cities they’re filling up space for the sake of it (I think).

Meanwhile in the US, buildings and bridges are collapsing. But got to keep the 700+ billion dollars of the military.😂😂😂😂

Watching this after the Florida collapse is not advised…

Makes me cringe big time.
