Judith Durham & the Boys performed 6 songs at Expo '67 in Montreal, as part of the Australian section featured that year. The complete performance is available as a bonus DVD with 'Hidden Treasures Vol 2', which is the second of 3 special Seekers 'rarities' releases by Decca. I loved watching this, but now every Seekers video I see will be tinged with a new sadness. They will always be amazing to watch, but there is a feeling that things aren't as they were. Perhaps it is just me.

No female singer in contemporary music can hold a candle to this lady. Sorry Adele’s, Shirley’s, Madonnas ect, ect

They were so very good weren’t they? And Judith, the bell voice.

I am kind of shocked at the sour expressions and arms folded on chests of many in the audience. How can they fail to be moved by the music and Judith's perfect singing?

She never sounded better than she did in her twenties, this is exceptional live singing, superb.

“Everyone dies. Not everyone truly lives.” Judith Denham truly lived. And we who shared this time with her on Earth were truly blessed.

I was there at Expo in July, 1967. What a hopeful year that was. The Seekers were a perfect fit for the times.

I was at Expo 67 in the summer with my parents and brother. I was 13. It was a great experience. Didn't see the Seekers, but thankfully we have this film. There are a great many films and videos of Judith and the gentlemen on YT. It was a different time.

I have written one hundred comments, but there is always something else to say after listening to Judith once again. Her voice is unbelievably bright, clear. Each note is pitch perfect, and is wrapped in delicate harmonics combinations that seem to come straight from heaven. Delivery is always perfectly balanced, effortless. And when singing her beloved jazz or gospel songs there is that remarkable power unique to Judith Durham.
But now she is gone. For the best part of half a century she recorded the best, and we now cherish this legacy.

The Seekers always sounded great live, especially Judith. I'm sure she is in a better place now. Didn't realise Bobby Limb introduced them at Expo 67. Thanks Rich for all your hard work.

Sitting in a very hot room in this UK heatwave, The Seekers can bring on goosebumps.

I was 14 when this video was made. Come The Day is my favourite. The Seekers put real joy into what was otherwise a forgettable period in my life. I have MND now so I'm not that far behind Judith. This past few days I've really enjoyed revisiting the joy of their songs and sincerely thank you Rich for creating this collection of Seekers videos.

Love this. Even moreso now that Judith has passed. 55 years ago, she would've been 22, 23? Singing live, outdoors, her voice still in perfect pitch, tonality, timbre, power. Only knew The Seekers from their radio hits in the U.S., so these live clips 50 years later are real treasures.
