If this so-called disease known as "Parkinson's" is related to the nervous system, can we not program the mind to program the nervous system to behave calmly? The mind affects the heart...it can speed up the heart rate, it can raise or lower the blood pressure, and affect our respiratory system....all of this depending on the proper stimulus. If a big dog begins to chase you (external stimulus), your body will react....your heart rate will go up, your breathing will be affected, you will perspire, your blood pressure will increase... Given what we know about how the mind can affect the body in various ways, can we not assume that this same mind, which has control over so many bodily functions including the nervous system, might this same mind be able to manipulate the nervous system favorably? What do you think would happen if your mind is constantly and repeatedly told over time that your hands will be steady, calm and relaxed in all circumstances? If we can calm ourselves down during moments of stress, surely we should be able to calm our nerves, particularly tremors. Now, it will not happen overnight. It will, in all likelihood, take several sessions of hypnosis for the mind to begin programming your nervous system.

I did watch 6 mins. But then, the woman narrating this made me feel so sick to my stomach, I had to turn it off. Thumbs down.
