I use every resolution with 100% scaling to get the most screen space possible…

what could we do, if we only wanted to produce a super huge *cursor pointer* instead of altering all UI Settings. A mouse size *even bigger* than maximum windows mouse settings *allows* you.

What kind of battery life are you getting? IF you are scaling it to say 1440 or 1080p and lose battery life then why bother? What do you use your laptop for?

if you are scaling the 4k laptop screen, what happens if you want to connect to your second monitor which is 1080p... i have seen the scaling messes the 1080p resolution, is there any fix to that yet by windows?.. Thnks, trying to decide on buying a laptop with 4k display, cheers!

Hey Bingocat why don't you try with custom scaling option and put 225, the win32 applications(older) looks better with this option.

HiDPI in Windows is still so bad compared to HiDPI in MacOS. This is one of the reasons I prefer the Mac platform, almost everything scales natively and as expected on my 5K iMac.

Or I guess you could always set the display at a lower resolution like say 640 x 480 or 800 x 600.
