Smooth scrolling on MacOS with Logitech Mouse can be improved by huge!

This video is about smooth scrolling on MacOS using a Logitech Mouse. Normally, Logitech bundles a software called Logi Options to enable smooth scrolling on MacOS. However, this time, I found out that Mos, which is a free application does a lot better than Logitech's implementation of smooth scrolling. Fingers crossed...

This is amazing. It doesn't omly fix the smoothness, but also the issue with the scolling direction being inverted!

I found the scrolling on my 14" MBP M1 Pro really inconsistent with the MX Master 3. I didn't bother with the Logi Options app but installed Mos as recommended and it's much better! Thank you.

Great vid, thanks! I'm actually using TWO apps now. I'm using Mos for the smooth scrolling... and then also Mac Mouse Fix to map the scroll wheel click and drag (like a middle button) for switching between full screen applications left and right, just like on the trackpad. I have both of these apps running now in the background and I simply disabled the smooth scrolling on Mac Mouse Fix, since Mos does a better job at handling this.

You're right. And MOS works better than "Logi Options+". I also noticed that "Logi Options+" also used more power. Makes a difference on the battery longevity in M1 MacBooks. Many thanks man. Hopefully the issues will be fixed, because they do make great mice.

That's a fantastic tool, it's not only makes scrolling smooth as f*ck, It's also make proper reverse scroll, while logiplus reverse scroll affect scrolling and all other gestures (quite uncomfortable for mac os)

I feel like MOS's smooth scrolling has delay, or something like an input lag... Even though it feels a bit smoother, Logi's implementation feels more responsive. Though this video was published 10 months ago and since then Logi Options+ has been updated and has a new interface - so maybe they have improved upon themselves.

My Macbook would not allow installation, but I turned the speed of the wheel to the minimum and it is much, much better. You still can turn the wheel fast and get fast response...

I love the tip! The only issue with the M1 Mini and Ventura for me is that I can no longer access the Mouse setting in Control Center. It's just blank. Otherwise the application works GREAT with my Rapoo MT750Pro mouse.
