Two ways to Add a User to Local Administrator Group

After creating a server user account in Windows server 2012 (R2), how to add the user to the local administrator group to grant it administrator privileges? The following ways are introduced using server 2012 (R2) computer, and also apply to Windows 7 and Windows server 2008 (R2).
