how much would it cost if someone was born in montreal, moves to quebec city at three years old, then moves to alberta in canada at 5 years old, then moves to spain at 12? Im 12 right now and when im 18 im still gonna have more years living in canada than in spain... would it count international, quebec, or other canadian students?? Bc I speak french, english and spanish and lived in canada most my life and 5 years in quebec province.

Couldn't find any related information on part-time programs on McGill's official website, considering I'm interested in fast-tracking my MSc program to part-time PhD Computer Science program as well.
