Thanks for the detailed video. It helped me a lot as I just had a maintenance service, and for some reason, my day mode changed, and it went dark. But now, it's back to the original setting that I preferred. Appreciate all your lexus videos, so informative.

Thanks, this really helped. Who knew that on the newer Lexus you had to have it in dark/night mode before you could switch it to day mode. Not very intuitive, my previous models did require that. I spent a half hour trying to get this done unsuccessfully before checking here. Thanks again. Very clear instructions.

Very informative. Thank you! Can you assist on how to turn on (reset) the navigational panel? I didn’t drive my 2018 RX350L for a long while, and the panel only lit up for a few seconds showing Lexus when I start the vehicle and then it goes to blank.

I have just become the owner of an RX450h and it's a lovely car. However there are a couple of aspects that disappoint and I wonder if it's just a matter of adjusting settings. The cruise control is adaptive but it will allow the car to exceed the set speed on downhill roads with no vehicle in front. The audio does not mute music to allow the sat nav instructions to be heard. The tyre pressures are displayed in bar, can it be changed to psi? For such a techy car it seems odd I these things are not there but I can't find them.

I have a new RX with the 12” display. Could you explain why the sides/corners are sometimes darkened. It seems to vary in degrades, but sometimes it seems to darken almost a third of the screen space. Is there some way to turn this ‘ feature’ off. Thanks!

Melissa, your tips are great. I have a 2019 ES 300h. It did not come with Android Auto but I have heard and read that Lexus can upgrade the information system in my car to add Android Auto. Can you confirm that it is possible to upgrade my information software to include Android Auto? Thank you.
