Elon Musk says first human has received Neuralink brain implant

Elon Musk has announced that the first human has received an implant from his brain chip company Neuralink. Musk says the implant would allow people to control almost any external device “just by thinking.” NBC’s Emilie Ikeda reports for TODAY.
