Hi, I see you have two Greenstalk Gardens. I bought two and set them up with potting mix in them. Put water up to the fill line for the five tier. The water trickled down but just wet a couple little spots in each pot and went on out the bottom. I was under the understanding that it would wet the whole pot. What am I doing wrong and what should I do? Did you have the same problem? Thank you for your help! Nancy
