Is there something specific you need to press for it to go horizontal? Because I have been trying for so long to get it straight and even when it looks straight to me on playback it looks slightly inclined

this may be out of topic but can you help me? i already did follow your tutorial on how to crop a video, but aft my premiere pro encountered some lagging during playback (i followed a tutorial on how to fix lagging playback) unfortunately, i think i didnt follow it right because after that those videos in my timeline that i put crop has no Crop now and no matter how i redo on how to crop a video nothing is happening to my videos which i want to crop back again. pls help thanks. IN short I cant edit my videos in Timeline.
