In my own opinion This is definitely not a good time to be a African American Male or female or child in the city of brotherly self hatred and murder towards one another, unfortunately we are at the point of no return, so it's by design and it can not be Policed ....its humanly impossible to do so, just ask any sociologist and they will tell you why.
