If you are preparing for case interviews, this video is for you. I am going to give you a quiz question with an explanation to test your preparation level.
So lets dive in. Here is your quiz question:
1. Oksana is looking to make a transition from figure skating to management consulting. In her first interview, she was given a “simple” case to help the lowest-cost auto manufacturer in Germany increase volume sales. The tiny cars compete at the low end of the segment, retailing for around $12,000, and the company is desperate to get its sales up. Can you help Oksana determine the first step she should take?
Decide which option is correct and why.
1. Develop a framework to highlight the broad areas she would like to analyze.
