If you ever wanted to be a Consultant, you will be facing a special interview called Consulting Case Interview or Consulting Case Study. This interview will determine your potential as a consultant before you even become a consultant.

In this video, I talk about what exactly is a Tech/IT Consulting Case Study Interview, why it's given, framework to solve them, and my favorite tips. I hope that this video can give you a good starting point in your preparation for your case interview. I used this framework in my own case interviews, and it has helped me get a career in consulting as well as get promoted.

Even though this video is geared towards Tech/IT Consulting, other types of consulting like management/business/strategy can use this framework to ace their own interviews.

Thanks for keeping this clear, informative and concise. I got exactly what I was looking for. The approach is very similar to software engineering problem solving. I guess additions would be to call out edge cases in the solution - e.g accounting for clash with special events in the neighborhood or triggering social media event(potential to sway perception quickly) which might affect the ticket sales. Subscribing! :)
