Give Ola a chance. When Tesla took out its first car they had to recall a ridiculous amount of cars. Even now when they launch a completely new product for example cyber truck they have a lot of teething problems initially. A very fast growth rate combined with lack of experience has meant that that service has lagged and Ola is learning the hard way. Give it 6 months and the issue would most probably be resolved. Ola has the chance of becoming the largest two wheeler EV company in the world. I think that would be great for india.

Bajaj TVS have got established service centres. Service is very very important. Because what do you do with the electric vehicle which you cannot get serviced? It’s just becoming useless. I told Bhavesh that he should take care of service centres. There are huge queues in the service centres. Somehow he doesn’t care. He’s learning it the hard way, that the customer will not suffer long and they will shift to the competition, who is much better organising, giving services

Here many comments are on ola service. My friends who own Ola are also complaining long que at service centers. Ola have good products but they should focus more on customer satisfaction too.

Having vision is good but if you are mentally challenged and person with no eye sight then his business is bound to doom. He is not a worthy person. Just keeps launching new products and vehicles keep piling in the service centre.

I pray to god everyday that OLA should shut soon.
